radTherm® isn't sold on the high street, through big-box retailers or wholesalers, or by whoever's cheapest online this week. It's sold and installed through a small, hand-picked network of authorised regional distributors: independent, family-run heating businesses, each rooted in the area it serves.
That means the person who surveys your home, installs your system and picks up the phone if you ever need them is highly trained and experienced, not a subcontractor or a name that changes every visit. And because they're an authorised radTherm® distributor, they're backed by our manufacturing partnership, technical support and 30-year warranty.
